Alexandria Feldmeier and Kameron Baker’s story began in 2021 at a bar in St. Petersburg, FL. Ally, originally from Naperville, Illinois, had recently moved to Florida, while Kameron, who was born in Florida but grew up just outside Flint, Michigan, had already made it his home. That night was the start of something special, though neither of them realized it at the time. They exchanged Snapchats—because, in true 2020s fashion, it felt more natural than swapping phone numbers. The attraction was immediate, but they didn’t reconnect until about a month later. When they did, it felt like no time had passed, and their connection picked up right where it left off. Their first date was a perfect blend of laughter and deep conversation, where they bonded over a shared passion for medical technology. Ally’s background in biomedical engineering and Kam’s expertise in electrophysiology made them the perfect match, both personally and professionally.

As their relationship grew, so did their love for one another. Together, they’ve traveled to many places, sharing countless adventures. One of their favorite moments was when Kam proposed on Key Biscayne Beach underneath the lighthouse. Surrounded by roses in the sand, a "MARRY ME" sign lit up in the background, and a violinist playing their favorite songs, it was a moment straight out of a fairytale and the perfect beginning to the rest of their lives together.

Today, they continue to make new memories together, living in St. Petersburg, FL with their cat Leo and dog Fernando, who bring even more joy to their lives. Kam and Ally look forward to celebrating this beautiful day with their family and friends, as they honor the journey that brought them here and the future they’ll build together.

Transportation
